Coshocton County Cemetery inscriptions and photos
South Lawn Cemetery
South Lawn is located at 1481 Cemetery Drive, Coshocton, Ohio and was established in 1893
Oak Ridge Cemetery
North 6th Street, about 3 blocks off Main Street. It is one of the oldest cemeteries of Coshocton.
Coshocton Interments 1895
The city of Coshocton department of Cemeteries takes care of Oakridge, Southlawn and Roscoe.
Oakridge was the original city cemetery and was used until 1906, when Southlawn was started.
Several burial were moved from Oakridge to Southlawn in the early years.
The Oakridge and Roscoe were not complete records (interments of either Roscoe or Oakridge). They are spotty at best before 1900.
The only recourse is the stone readings done by the society or finding a death notice in the newspaper.
