The Last Will and Testament of Ettie B. Powelson
In the Name of the Benevolent Father of All = I, Ettie B. Powelson, do make and publish this my last will and testament.
Item 1st.
I do give and bequeath all my property both personal and real, consisting of a one third interest in the farm of one hundred and eighty acres, formerly owned by John H. Powelson to my full brother Orlando Powelson and to my half brother Bert McLease, the surplus of said one third on interest in said one hundred and eighty acres of land to be equally divided between said Orlando Powelson and said Bert McLease, after my funeral expenses are paid, and after a suitable monument has been erected to my memory.
In testimony hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this 21st day of June in the year of our Lord on thousand eight hundred and ninety.
