[Omitted: Standard probate court language accepting the will]

In the Benevolent Father of All,

I, Edith Wood, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament. I give
and divise to my daughter Mary Cook for and during her natural life, all the
part of [our?] lot numbered fifteen (15) in the town of Coshocton, County of
Coshocton and State of Ohio, bounded and described as follows:

Commending at a point on the south [line?] of Chestnut Street in the
incorporated village of Coshocton where the east line of sixth street
crosses said south line of Chestnut street: running thence South Two
hundred feet to the alley: thence North Two hundred feet to Chestnut
street: thence west along Chestnut street fifty-six fee to the place of
beginning.

At the death of my said daughter Mary Cook, I give and devise the real
estate above described to my daughter Caroline E. Wood.

I desire that no appraisement of said property be made and that no executor
be appointed.

In testimony Hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 16th day of
October A.D. 1876.

Edith Wood (Her mark)
