The Last Will and Testament of Benjamin Williams
In the name of God, Amen: I, Benjamin Williams, being of sound mind and feeling fully confident in my ability do ordain these writings to be my last will and testament.
Item 1st.
I hereby give and bequeath to my wife Sarah Williams one half of all my property both personal and real, during her natural life; after her decease said one-half of my property or what remains of it to be equally divided between my children, Mary Harmon, John C. Williams, Jane Smith and Francis Vanalstine.
Item 2nd.
I also bequeath the remaining half of my property, both personal and real to my children, Mary Harmon, John C. Williams, Jane Smith and Francis Vanalstine; said remaining half to be equally divided between them.
