Wilburn Turner - NEWARK -- A funeral service for Wilburn Howard Turner, 79, of Newark, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2002, at the Heath Chapel of Henderson, Van Atta & Johnston Funeral Service with the Rev. Donald Cass and Mike Justice officiating. Burial will follow at Newark Memorial Gardens where military honors will be observed.

Mildred King - King/Ogle Buker - NEWCOMERSTOWN -- Mildred E. King, 79, of Newcomerstown, died peacefully in her home at 1:05 a.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2002. Mildred had been ill for the last three years. Born in Lafayette Township, Coshocton County, on Jan. 20, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Jesse T. and Nellie M. (Buker) Ogle.

Opal Marang - RIVERSIDE, Calif. -- Opal Irene Marang, 94, of Riverside, Calif., died at 7:45 p.m. April 9, 2002. She was born March 11, 1908, in Coshocton, to Erbert Ray Jennings and Elizabeth Ann McCoy. She spent 55 years of her life in Coshocton County and was descended from the early Coshocton pioneer families of Jennings, Croy, Bookless and Powelson.

HOLDSWORTH, Trevor D. (RANDLES) - LAKE TAHOE, Nev. -- Trevor D. Holdsworth, 39, of Lake Tahoe, Nev., formerly of Coshocton, died Wednesday, April 17, 2002, at Carle Hospital in Urbana, Ill. Born Oct. 1, 1962, in Coshocton, he was a son of Nellie (Randles) Holdsworth of Coshocton and the late V. Leroy Holdsworth. He was a 1981 graduate of River View High School, attended Central Ohio Technical College and was a graduate of American School of Hair Design in Newark. He was a hairdresser and a member of Roscoe United Methodist Church. In addition to his mother, he is survived by a brother, Timothy J. (Tammy) Holdsworth of Newark; and two nephews, Joshua and Jesse. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 22, 2002, at the Given-Dawson Coshocton Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Wright officiating. Burial will follow at South Lawn Cemetery in Coshocton. Friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, April 21, and until time of service, Monday, at the funeral home.
