COSHOCTON OHIO MAYORS

Although the village of Coshocton was incorporated in 1833, the loss of early records deprives us of the names of its mayors until 1847. Before 1833 the head of the city officials was called the President of the Board of Trustees. Elections were held every year until 1870 when Hiram Beall was elected to serve a two-year term. The records give the official list as follows:
