The will of the late Joseph P. Darr, Coshocton Route 1, dated June 13, 1967, bequeaths his entire estate, except the dogs, which are given to son Dennis Darr, to be divided equally among the children, Leota D. Ostler, Forest E. Darr, Clarence L. Darr, Dennis F. Darr, and Donnis Darr. Sons Clarence and Dennis are nominated as co-executors, no bond required.

NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT
Notice is hereby given that Clarence L. Darr, Box 62, West Lafayette, Ohio and Dennis Darr of 840 Grandview, Coshocton, Ohio, have been duly appointed Executors of the Estate of Joseph P. Darr deceased, late of Coshocton county, Ohio.
Creditors are required to file their claims with said fiduciary within four months.
