State of Ohio, Coshocton County Ls--Court of Common Pleas, April Term 1821.

Administrator of
Andrew McFarland, Dec'd.


Letter of Administration granted.

Be it remembered that on the Third day of April in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty one, on application James Lisk appointed Administrator of the Estate of Andrew McFarland, Deceased, the brothers of said deceased having come into Court and relinquished their right of administration on said Estate in favor of said James Lisk, and ordered that he give bond in the sum of four hundred dollars, with Robert McFarland and Ezekial McFarland Securities and George Starkes, George Leigninger and Isaac Evans are appointed appraisers of said Estate. And the said Administrator was duly sworn in Open Court to the faithful discharge of his duties as such according to Law. And having filed his bond agreeable to the aforesaid order as the law requires, Letters of Administration to him in the Words following, to wit: [not copied-bp].


It says in the Letters that Andrew McFarland died intestate. bp.
