Orange is in Oxford Township. It was laid out in 1839.
The Old Stone Fort is near Orange. This fort is presumed to have been built by the French explorer D'lberville, one of LaSalle's aides.
The Old Stone Fort was restored by the Coshocton County Historical Society.
